Dismantling State Power Through Local Action

We know that real change starts at the grassroots level. That’s why we focus on:

  • Electing Principled Libertarians: Supporting candidates who unapologetically champion liberty and reject the compromises of the political class.
  • Nullifying Tyranny: Encouraging local governments to reject unconstitutional laws and federal overreach.
  • Building Strong Affiliates: Establishing and strengthening local and county Libertarian affiliates to decentralize power and organize for freedom.

Direct Democracy as a Weapon Against Tyranny

Where the ballot box can be used to reduce state control, we will act. Our tools include:

  • Ballot Initiatives: Empowering citizens to legalize gold and silver, decriminalize victimless crimes, and roll back oppressive regulations.
  • Referendums: Overturning harmful laws and exposing state overreach through direct public votes.

Strategic Lobbying for Decentralization

In states where ballot initiatives aren’t possible, we push for liberty through targeted lobbying efforts:

  • The Libertarian Party should be the uncompromising voice of liberty. We work to restore its radical foundation by:

    • Supporting Rothbardian candidates.
    • Rejecting the duopoly’s co-option of libertarian rhetoric.
    • Building a bold, principled platform rooted in Austrian economics, anti-war activism, and radical decentralization.
